De-Icing and Anti-Icing
Our de-icing and anti-icing removal helps keep your pavement clear and safe. At Industrial Snow Services, we offer salting and liquid treatment for both sidewalks and parking lots for commercial ice management.
Anti-icing safety
We offer our commercial clients pre-storm ice prevention services, also known as anti-icing. This helps promote safety in work or customer-related environments by reducing the amount of ice that forms on concrete.
We tailor our commercial ice control and ice removal to each of our clients. Each company has their own sets of needs, and our crews work hard to exceed expectations with de-icing services. We put safety first for our clients.
Liquid De-icing
Liquid de-icing agents work immediately upon contact. They can be used to prevent ice from forming on pavement when used prior to a storm. Liquid ice control works in lower temperatures than rock salt. These agents are typically less corrosive and create less damage due to their chemical makeup. They can also be applied to specific targeted areas.
How to choose
Liquid De-icer vs Rock Salt
Not sure if your business better suited with a liquid de-icer or traditional rock salt? Learn about the differences between the options:
Rock Salt
Rock salt is most often applied throughout or after a snow storm. It reacts with the snow and ice, to turn these substances liquid. Salt ice management, while more economical up front, does lead to more waste and is known for being corrosive. Because of salt structure, it's more likely to spread to landscaping and be tracked indoors.
